If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Returns past 30 days from the original order date will not be accepted or refunded.

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented product, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item. The replacement item will be shipped once your original order is returned and received. 

In circumstances where a replacement is urgent, the buyer will be sent a replacement immediately and have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the original order. If an item is not returned within 30 days, the buyer will be subject to additional charges. 

To initiate a return, follow the steps below:
1) Login to your account under the 'My Account' section.
2) In the 'Track Your Recent Orders' section, click on the 'View Details' link for the order you would like to return.
3) Once in the order, click on the 'Add New RMA' button.
4) Next, choose the number of items you want to return, the reason, and the method for the return.
5) Once completed, both you and our team will receive a notification email stating a return has been authorized.


A buyer will receive a full refund if the original order is returned and received within 30 days of purchase. 

If you are returning an item for any reason other than manufacturing defects or fulfillment mistakes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
